Order number (#DFD***) - #***

I am unhappy with the service received from Mr D. I placed an order on Friday night, order number (#DFD***) - #***, my order was collected from the store by the driver but was never delivered to me, I just got a notification saying that the order was cancelled by the driver. I have been following up with Mr D since Friday for my refund and have not received any response from them not even a phone call. I am very much appalled by their service especially because no one is saying anything about my refund, so it means I bought dinner for a Mr D driver, how nice is that.
