Order not received

I did not receive my order my goodness Mr Delivery Foods has the worst service ever. The driver picked up my order at Nando’s in Table view fine I could track the driver right after he picked up my food few minutes later the driver lost gps on his way I sent the driver a message asking if his lost or where he was just to make sure his still on the way next thing my order shows delivered and I could no longer send messages to the driver the help centre is no help either just a robot that repeats the same options over and over !!! They don’t deserve any rating at all I want my refunds and I will never ever use Mr delivery again ever app will be deleted as soon as I get my money back!!
