order not received

<p>Yesterday my sister and i decided to us the Mr D app to order a burger and a burger combo from steers. This was done at about just after 2pm we received confirmation of order, estimated delivery time (15:07) and have still not received the food we paid for. We called and they said our food went to the wrong address and that they would make a fresh order and it should get to us at 4pm. As I said still no food. I made more calls and they kept giving different excuses and also promised that their call centre would call us to sort out the matter. In the mean time I went on their Facebook page and expressed myself regarding there bad service. They apologized and just kept saying the call centre would call me. It's the next day and i am still waiting for a call, my food, and my refund. This is utterly unacceptable. So much for so-called convenience. </p>
