order not delivered but they took the money

I ordered and their driver decided to go to a wrong address after i spoke to him on the phone he cancelled my order and the worse part its that they are unreachable on their phones ,their support its not even helpful, Its better they close the business down or they go to their country we are sick and tired of such nonsense ,this is our money not theirs You can not take our money and fill up your pockets with such ****ed services

If I dont get my refund in the next 24 hours,we will meet in court soon Who ever fills like he is willing to help call me *** from MR D they are welcome to call me if not just close your offices and leave south africa once and for all we can deal will such idiotic behavesors.
