Order not delivered

I ordered food as usual at Mr Delivery waited for my order to be delivered when I tried to check the driver because I was waiting for too long I found out that he already delivered my order but not at my place or address I tried to call I couldn't get through I sent emails no one came back to me ..it is very sad that they don't follow up and check what went wrong they just believe and trust their driver more than a customer.My money is gone for NOTHING #HELL SERVICE I EXPERIENCED I've used them so many times but they just don't care about my incident
