ORDER NOT DELIVERED

So I placed an order at 19:52 tonight. Come around 21:30 I decided to call because it had not been delivered.<br> <br> Much to my surprise, the branch which was supposed to deliver my order hadn't received it from your HQ.<br> <br> Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I paid R130 for an order. Your tracker via your site says it's on its way and nothing.<br> <br> I have now been told that there's nothing which can be done, no alternatives. Someone is apparently gonna organise that I be refunded tomorrow but no doubt that is gonna be a dragged out process.<br> <br> Thanks Mr Delivery for letting me go hungry tonight. I don't have a car and all the other fast food delivery joints are closed now.
