Order not confirmed but still charged for it

Placed an order via the Mr D app and clicked to pay. The money was taken off my account, however, the order was not completed due to an "unsepcified error". Whatever that means. I have now wasted money and not receiving any food - and I had ordered for multiple people so it wasn't cheap. No response from Mr D and I still have not been refunded.
