Good morning,

I have a huge concern with regards to the order.

The order we placed included a crunch burger, but there was no crunch burger in the order.

A large chips comes standard with the All in 1 feast, but there was about 20 stick of chips, certainly not equivalent to a large chips.

In addition to the order, we requested 3 drumsticks and 3 thighs, but received 1 drumstick, 2 wings , 2 thighs and 1 piece of chicken with the rib cage.

We called Mr D, the same evening to enquire, but your line was engaged.

The person that packed our order at KFC , was Oliphants.

In this tough economy, we all expect value for money.
