Order No: DFD***

I mistakenly placed an order on the Mr. D app. A few minutes later, I called to cancel. I was told by their consultant that I cannot cancel because the store is already done with the order. Within 2-3 minutes? I've been to Burger King, no where have I ever had and order been created and done within 2-3 minutes. With an order that will take 35 minutes to deliver?

This is a **** between Mr. D and their affiliated restaurants.

I'll be taking it up with CPA. This is not in line with treating customers fairly.
