Order - Mr Delivery & KFC - Unprofessional and unreliable.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Placed an order around 6:30 PM yesterday. Waited more than 5 hours for confirmation. Up until now, they haven't delivered or communicated with me. I feel like they were supposed to reject the order allowing me to make alternative plans.
