Order missing
This is the second time Mr D drivers says my order has been delivered and collected but not. I have placed an order from KFC addreley street bucket for 1 and a mini loaf, KFC tells me my order was collected at the store but the driver did not deliver my order. 28 Dec 2023, 21:36I don't know what kind a business is Mr delivery running. You have unprofessional and *********** staff. I had to waste my time calling in with no assistance on top of that your agents disconnects the phone after telling me she will issues a refund which she didn't. I asked to speak to a Manger and I was on hold for 20 minutes which shows that she did not transfer the call to a manager

I don't know what kind a business is Mr delivery running. You have unprofessional and *********** staff. I had to waste my time calling in with no assistance on top of that your agents disconnects the phone after telling me she will issues a refund which she didn't. I asked to speak to a Manger and I was on hold for 20 minutes which shows that she did not transfer the call to a manager
