Order GROC***. MR D

This company is a ****. I placed an order for my daughter on MrD from PicknPay Meadowlands. Spent alot of money and the order was marked delivered. Called the customer service number and I was put on hold for an hour. Finally spoke to the most rude, stupid, cheeky and disrespectful person on the phone who told me if the driver delivered at the wrong house there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and he shouted and told me the manager can't help me and he won't bring a manager. He kept quiet and hung up while I was requesting to get a refund and help. I will be posting this on every social platform. Order number GROC***. This company takes people's hard earned money and rob us. According to the south African consumer rights, I placed an order with mrd on their app and I have a right to claim my refund from them not the driver as a 3rd party. I want my refund ASAP and compensation for the horrible service, rude agent and the trouble I had to go through. I am disabled and cannot move around to shop thats why I placed an order for my child on this app. Pay my money back now !
