Order from Mr. D incomplete

I ordered food on the 14 Jan 2021 from Kentucky and not the full meal was delivered. Nothing was done to rectify the items that was not delivered. You also don't get a refund . I did notify them via the App of the incorrect order . did not enjoy my meal due to missing items .
