Order (#DFD***8) - Still waiting for my refund!

I paid for an order on Monday, 14 December, and the order was canceled, and no delivery took place.

I sent an email about this and got an automated response, saying my issue will be attended to. Then the next day, I sent another email and someone from Mr d food rep**** with a refund request for R178, when my order was R300 plus.

It's Friday today, still no refund, and as can be expected, no one has contacted me, no one has acknowledged this correction of amount, just radio silence.

I am absolutely livid. I want my refund!
