Order DFD***4 - order not processed but money taken!

3 weeks ago, Mr D has taken money without processing the order. A few of us had put money together, to make that purchase. We have been told from you guys, that our money will be paid back to us for the Order DFD***4, after a week, there is still no payment to us. You guys have said and I quote “Delivering from restaurants, convenience stores and Checkers MediRite pharmacies on the platform is just one way we are supporting South Africans during the lockdown period while making sure they can stay indoors.” Saying that you are supporting South Africans during the Lockdown, when you are actually providing poor service by taking and keeping our money and not processing our order is actually causing a burden on us financially. This is not supporting us South Africans in any way.
