Order complaint

I ordered dinner last night and till today it still hasn’t arrived and shows that my meal has been delivered I have been trying to get agents to assist with no success and opted to use their WhatsApp line and still they cannot resolve the matter with their drivers, Mr delivery are ****mers!!
