Order and refund never received

We recently placed an order on Mr delivery on the 02nd of June 2020 with order no DFD***3, the driver however got lost and never delivered the pizza, we received a call from the office in Bloemfontein, however all we heard were excuses and nothing much was done about that. The pizza was further never delivered that night. We tried to send an email to mr delivery however they said we should send an email with our experience, however that was the end of it. No refund and no pizza. We sent follow up emails however still no response. I will not recommend Mr delivery due to this experience and how they handled this matter
