Food ordered on the app was an hour late and calls to the help center waas dropped numerous times. As it was loadshedding during that time I could not warm up the food when it did arrive, ice cold. All feedback we got was an email saying sorry for the inconvenience, here is a R15 voucher for your trouble. well they can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
