Options Guesthouse/B&B

I’m in Cape Town for work, staying in a guest house. I ordered sushi and it was delivered without chopsticks or soya sauce. I called Mr Delivery (Byron) who said some providers do not provide extras.

1. How is soya and chopsticks extra if you’re having sushi? 2. I specified that I’m in a guest house so you can assume I won’t have utensils or soya sauce as so why not provide an option to take it extra?
