Ntombekaya is rude

I ordered something on MRD and was on whatsapp because I wanted to cancel my order and do a reorder. I was chatting to Ntombekaya who was rude and not helpful at all. When i advised that i want to cancel my order. She rep**** by saying and closed my chat immediately without waiting for me to reapond. This is unacceptable behaviour from Ntombekaya. Theres no need to be rude to people. "We will not be able to issue you with a refund.

Our Restaurant partner needs to be paid for the order as it has already been prepared." Mind you i called in after and was helped by a lovely gentleman.
