Not soo pleasant customer service

It so sad to have to come back and right a review about the same group of companies. The other day it was superbalist and today Mr D.

I ordered a wrap from Kauai this evening, my order was delayed and in turn my food only reached me 45 minutes after the ETA. No surprise, it was cold.

I logged a ticket with the support team and I received a template twice, with the same apology. At least try to type out the message to make it a little more sincere!

I did not even eat the food, I had to make myself something, the main reason I had ordered was to avoid having to make myself the meal
