Not so Fast Food Service!!

Where do i begin?!? Ordered food via the MrD portal from Mariams CBD - NEVER AGAIN! as per the site the food was to get to us by 12:14 and arrives 12:42, ICE COLD, SOGGY & driver has the audacity to say its not him its his bike. To my knowledge you have login in details so that they may call you if something is wrong regarding your order. At the same time i have the call centre calling me to say sorry and can they give me R15 service FREE fee.. what a slap in the face. That does not make the food warm & fresh Safiyyah (call centre agent), who has an attitude problem. I have had the worst experience these past 2 deliveries and this was the final straw. We didnt even get to eat our food after having to toss it. The cleaner was at least fed. I don't know how you would like to fix this, BUT FIX IT!
