Not reliable and deceiving their clients

Take a lot was a great idea however they are overwhelmed and causing nonsense and no aftersales whatsoever. I bought a printer online on thursday and they said they would deliver on Monday 3rd May 2021 on the 4th I called to find out what was happening the agent said apparently the driver called and I was not available which is a lie,he rescheduled for a delivery on 4th by 19:00 latest and still no delivery next morning I called and send an email was then told it will be delivered by 12:00 midday around 13:00 I sent emails and calls there was no response eventually another lady responded and told me apparently they cancelled my order internally but she will sort it out,I offered to collect it they refused for their own technical reasons the lady assured me that by 19:00 latest I should get my order. At 17:30 I sent an email to check how far was the driver which the lady then apologised that they dont hve a driver ,they ll dispatch it tomorrow. This is unreliable and bad service,I went through the same problem 6months ago when I bought a home printer where the driver kept saying they came and there was nobody while I was home all day waiting for them. Its pathetic man
