Not refunding timeously

They cancel your order because of a single item on a pizza missing at a pizza shop from a large order but take your money regardless, then when you try and make the same order at another place they do the same thing again, then they say it will take 5 business days to get your money back, why they can't put a hold on your money until the order is confirmed or let you know that 1 single topping is missing and ask if you would like to replace it is beyond me, absolutely ridiculous business practice, I won't be using them again.
