Not happy with the service at all

Good day,as a customer I'm not happy with my order,I made an order by MR D food and my order was not sealed and driver accepted my order and said he has delivered my order while he has not even arrive at all,on the app it says order is being delivered while it has not yet arrived,I rush outside looking for driver,I even call Mr d wasting my airtime while my order not yet arrive, I'm not happy at all with all the service in both companies Mr d and Pedro, order not sealed driver accepted and complete my order while he has not yet arrive who should refund my airtime on this because I'm highly not happy with the service in both companies,The drivers turn off their location you can't track them but you see them on the gate
