Not happy need my money back

I placed an order on the 27th march 2026 for Fish aways Chatsworth on the Mr D app i was debited twice an amount of R209. 90. It was firstly the incorrect amount of my order and o was debited twice. I didnt get an order number seems to be a glitch in their system. Been holding for an agent for over an hour, no assistance on the chat has received a message its unavailable i was debited twice i just want my refund very disappointed in the communication and service received
