Not happy
I ordered on Thursday 2 December for the first time from Mr Delivery. I ordered 3 x Streetwise 3 with chips meals. When the food were delivered we paid and when we opened the bag received 3 x Streetwise 2 with chips meals.
No what makes me very angry is, when I realized this I send a complaint immediately, when I have not heard anything I sent another complaint on the 3rd of December.
It is 4 December and so far no one has even bothered to contact me. I have 2 other witnesses that we did indeed receive the wrong order.
I need help, because how many other people is this company *****ing from?

07 Dec 2021, 12:38I wrote the above message on 4 December regarding receiving 3 pieces of chicken short on my order on 2 December. So far I have sent another complaint to Mr Delivery and I have emailed KFC. I have heard nothing from anyone and am getting quite upset.
Is this what Mr Delivery is? It was the first time I ever order from Mr Delivery and this is the treatment I get? Suppose us as the customers do not mean anything?
Please I need this resolved!
