Not getting full orders paid for

Mr delivery Helderberg has done delivery to me on more then one occassion from the same restaurant and on 3 occassions i have not recieved any drinks with my meals. I have also noted with them that on the app you cannot choose the flavor of your burger at a certain restaurant and each time i order from them I have to phone the resturant to update my order. Where is the convenience in the ordering for delivery if its always a struggle.????can someone please clear this up and do what needs doing so people actually get what they pay for. Id like feedback on this please as its an on going issue that seems to be ignored
