Not delivering my money.

Last week, July 16, I made an order for food via the Mr D Food app. More than an hour later my food was not delivered and I had to cancel the order. As such I requested my money to be refunded back to me.

I was told either it will reflect within 24 hours or between 3 - 5 working days. Today is the 5th working day and my money has not been refunded and when I call I am being sent from pillar to post with excuses that insult my intelligence.
