Nonsense Service

The worst experience ever with my last 2 orders. The one was incomplete well I blame the restaurant for not notifying me but Mr D app kept saying he restaurant is preparing ur order. I had to log a call and say my order is late for them to finally reach out and apologise . The weekend I ordered at KFC Stellenbosch the driver first got list for a whole 30 min and arrived with a wrong order and watery , tasteless Oreo Crusher it was horrible. But I paid for a double nugget box ( 2 nuggets , 2pieces if chicken ) with buddy coke and ore crusher and received the Oreo crusher with a nugget box ( comes with 4 nuggets and burger ). I don’t even eat a burger . And I logged a query with Mr D and called the restaurant but they never picked up or responded back to me . I’m really ****ed
