None delivery of Food after payment

Ordered Food at McDonald’s Sunnyside , Pretoria with order number : DFD***. Food was expected to arrive between 23h42 and 23h58, it’s now 00h55 with status still saying it will be delivered. No calls no nothing, trying to call the provided number with no luck
