Non refund for cancelled order

Its a small thing but a matter of principle. On 13 August, after the 3rd occasion of bad service from MrD I decided to cancel my order. It was about a half hour late, i.e. after the 45 minutes within which delivery should've taken place. Refund was promised, but not made.
