Non existing customer service

Ordered food from via the Mr Delivery app the order was a complete mess - phoned the outlet to complain about the issue and they claim to not have received the correct information from Mr Delivery, sent a complaint to Mr Delivery and because I did not take pictures of ALL the items on the order that was messed up however you can only upload 2 photo's all my money was not refunded. Phoned and emailed and never received any response. No more orders from me Mr Delivery.
