Non existent customer service

I placed an order from Nando’s on 19 April 2024. The driver called for us to open the gate and handed me my bag( the only bag in his box). Upon opening the bag I noticed it was completely the wrong order. I immediately reported it and sent photos. The NEXT day I was contacted by customer services requesting pictures again and basically accusing me of lying about receiving the incorrect order. The following day I was asked for a contact number and time to call me. To this day almost a month later I have never been called nor has my complaint been attended to. I will never again order food from mr delivery!! Pathetic service
