Non-existent Customer Service

I ordered food on Thursday the 17th of August. We received the incorrect food. I lodge a complaint with their customer service and NO ONE has bothered getting back to me. This is not the first time this has happened. Their customer service is non existent and all you get from them is an automated response. PATHETIC!
