Non-delivery of Credit Card

FNB contacted me about two weeks before my Credit Card was about to expire to inform me that they will ensure that I have my replacement card by the end of that week. The card expired 12/17 and I have still not received my card by the 5th of January 2017. MrD contacted me once but I couldn't answer. I called their contact centre twice - got no answer and I've not received any further communication from MrD nor FNB to ensure that I've received my card (which I haven't). The MrD reference number is ********** 4566..
