NON DELIVER/NO REFUND

Hi, i have had the worst service wth MrD food. i made an order and it was not delivered, neither was i refunded. One lady called to let me know they are canceling the order and to my surprise nothing was refunded. Mr order number is DFD***1. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED SUCH A BIG BRAND STEPPING SO LOW.
