No support from support care line

I sent an email to Mr D for a manager to contact me regarding my issues. It does not matter as one only gets a reply via email but not contacted to find out how can one be assisted. Why have the support email when you cannot get the help. Mr D needs to improve customer service. I am very disappointed. The consultant is Destiny
