no stock from supplier / charged / money credit wallet / no substitute supplier or product

I find it offensive that you are able to bill my card and not deliver a service. Now I have a credit of R355.23 in an e-wallet that I cannot use because there is no substitute supplier providing the same service. I ordered this product as a Birthday gift for THIS Saturday. Your “restaurant / shop” is not able to deliver there is no substitute. PAY ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!! Your so called shop also did not indicate any stock issues but you are quick to charge me and then sit on it and now this supplier is so called "off line" I am still waiting to hear from your so called virtual waiter and it is just shy of an hour. And NO I do not have another R355 floating around to shop somewhere else until I feel like spending that amount of money on food. Are you an accredited financial service provider in order for you to behave like a bank to keep my money with no service I might add in return?
