No service, no delivery

I have requested my account be deleted due to there being problems with about 90% of the orders, last one today, placed the order, everything goes through then an hour later I get an email saying that the restaurant cant fulfill the order, no explanation. If you cannot get deliver what i order, which is what is listed on your site, then you serve no purpose.
