No Service Delivery from Mr Delivery

I'm sure Mr D are well aware of the fact that there is a, "perhaps slight" increases the prices of the food of the restaurants you serve, not too mention the delivery fee, but yet we continue to use you, firstly because of obvious health safety precautions not only for us as a family but for the public and their families.

I refer order 400.... McDonalds: Specifically the chicken burger meals. No garnish no sauce etc, just chicken patties and bun.

Order arrives. BOTH BURGERS HAVE SAUCE.

Phone Me D. Photos taken and query logged with Mr D. Clear instructions of no sauce no garnish etc.

So new two chicken burgers arrive......guess what? Both have sauce.......AGAIN!!!!!

Phone Mr D and we get offered yet another 2 burgers to be correct this time (seeing is believing) and a R65 coupon. My two children have been waiting to eat these burgers since 13h17 (estimated time of VERY FIRST DELIVERY). Please note it is now 15h00!!!! I would appreciate your feedback and how you wish to rectify this matter as the current outcome is not satisfactory.
