No response Mr D

I ordered online and my husband didn't receive his first approve it message for the order. We tried again and it came through only to realize that it placed two of the same orders. Tried calling Mr D, but none of the contact details existed. Tried the restaurant and the said to call Mr D. The WhatsApp number only works during office hours and this was after six at night. Send an email and it's now two hours later with no response. We had to accept both orders and can't eat all the food, but never the less, the dogs enjoyed their take outs.
