No response!

So during the Easter Holidays, Mr. D had a 'Join the hunt and you could WIN a R1000 coupon every day' competition. So after spending my precious time hunting I finally found it and sent it to the email provided: ********** and I received this 'There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to ********** So I went to their website and logged a complaint and surprise surprise no one bothered to respond to my complaint. I was flat out ignored and I found this unprofessional, you could have responded and said sorry but your silence is the reason why am ****ed off!
