No Refund Received for Order Not Processed
Placed an online order. Just after I had made payment they indicated that the restaurant I had selected did not accept the order and indicated that a refund would be processed by my bank immediately. I have not received a refund and they are unresponsive on their social media and customer care/help desk.

07 May 2020, 16:36Update: A day after the order was not processed I received an e-mail offering me a R50.00 discount on my next order after they acknowledged that the error and that they would refund me. A day later the funds were refunded in full into my bank account. A day after the refund was received I used the discount on my next order . Although I experienced a slight inconvenience, I appreciate the fact that they got back to me and gifted me with a discount. I will continue using Mr D Food into the foreseeable future.
