No refund or Response

Pathetic service Ordered food two weeks ago Money was deducted out my account but The order was unsuccessful. Till now after leaving three queries and sending kind reminders and proof to the person that this case was assigned to to show the money was out.

All I get was,sorry this money has not been recieved in our account.

Regardless of the amounts,you cannot take anyone's money and still not be able to assist.

Nobody can assist to send me my refund
