No refund on missing item

I ordered a mcflurry on Saturday and did not receive it with the rest of my order. I immediately logged a complaint and received no response, I have tried calling their help line but 'due to covid-19 we no longer have call centers, please email us with your inquiry". It has been 4 days and I have still not received a response, this is absolutely unacceptable!! How can you take someone's money and not deliver or even respond???
