no refund for failed delivery

on the 31 September 2020 i ordered mac donalds food through MrD R131.38 was debited from my account but i never recieved my food i kept texting the delivery to check where he was because he said he had arrived but never rep**** i went to the gate and asked the security guys if there was ever a delivery guy they said no , then i got an email saying failed delivery i had to literally drive to the store to buy food and pay again , i then sent them an email asking how i will get my money back they never rep**** until now...
