No refund for cancelled order

Still waiting for a refund for a delivery cancelled because it was late, since 13 August. They tried to 'help' by asking for a copy of bank statement to prove that i hadn't received the refund!!! As I'm not in the habit of providing ANYBODY with my bank statement i asked for proof that they had made the refund, which was promptly provided. However, my bank couldn't read the card details which they used. I asked for the details on 29 August and have sent two reminders. Still no info.
