No promised refund

I ordered Bernini Blush at Pick ‘n Pay Tembisa on the 6/9/2026 @9:46 but was delivered a Bernini Amber and was given a credit refund which by the following day it was gone I have been emailing them getting responses that on the next order I will add automatically get it but to no avail.
