No order received

I've had suck a bad experience I haven't received an order I placed for my KIDS if it was for me that would be ok but I'm not the wealthiest alive so therefore double orders is not a option. I've been emailing and everything the only response I get is one saying an agent will look into my query. What else must I do? It's not now about the money or food it's about the principal of the story.
